Driving Directions
From the Baltimore/D.C. Area:
Make your way to 50 East. Cross the Bay Bridge. Turn left on MD-404 and proceed 13.4 miles. Take the ramp toward Denton/MD-313/Greensboro. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left and drive about 8/10ths of a mile. Turn right on MD-317. Follow to Harrington, DE. Turn left on 13 N. and travel to Carpenters Bridge Rd. Bear right just past the stop light and just before the Valero gas station. This will bring you to SR-12. Turn right and travel through Frederica. Follow SR-12 out to DE 1/113. Turn left (north) on DE-1/113 and continue to the second stop light. Bear left at the light and drive to the 2nd High Point entrance (on left). Office will be on your right after you enter the community.
From Philadelphia Airport:
Take I-95 South to Highway 1, Exit 4A (Christiana Mall Rd). Proceed south to Mulberrie Point Rd (approx 3 miles beyond the Magnolia exit) and turn right. Community entrance is across from the stop sign.
